Uber Pick-Up Orders – Luxechic Couture

Yes, we accept Uber Pick-Up Orders. We do not allow Uber Pickups 1 hour prior to closing. Please follow the steps below to ensure a smooth process:


  1. Confirm Availability
    Before placing your order, call the store or send us a direct message on Instagram to confirm the item’s availability and size.
  2. Place Your Order Online
    Once availability is confirmed, place your order on our website and select Local Pick-Up at checkout.
    • Only select the items and sizes confirmed directly by the store to avoid order cancellation.
    • Add a note at checkout that says “Uber Pick-Up.”
  3. Verify Your Order
    After placing your order, reply to your order confirmation email and attach a photo of your valid ID. The name on the ID must match the name on the order.
  4. Schedule Your Uber Pick-Up
    Once verified, you may request an Uber through the app and select Store Pick-Up. Your driver will come inside to collect your order and will be required to sign for the pickup.

⚠️ Important: Orders will not be released without a valid ID submitted via reply to the order confirmation email.

Why We Require ID for Pick-Up Orders

For the safety of our customers and to prevent fraud or unauthorized pickups, we require a valid photo ID for all in-store pickup orders.

This policy helps us ensure:

  • Your order is released only to the correct person
  • Protection against stolen cards and fraudulent transactions
  • Your personal and payment information stays secure
  • Accurate order verification before release

The name on the ID must match the name on the order. If someone else is picking up your order, please contact us in advance so we can authorize that person before release.

Pickup Window

All in-store pickup orders must be collected within 14 calendar days of the ready-for-pickup notification.

Orders not picked up within this timeframe will be considered abandoned merchandise.

Unclaimed Orders

If an order is not picked up within 14 days:

• The items will be returned to inventory.

• A 15% restocking fee will be deducted.

• The remaining balance will be issued as store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card.

Store credit will be sent to the email address on file.

Luxechic Couture is not responsible for unclaimed orders after the 14-day holding period.

Shipping Option (If Requested)

Customers may request shipping of their pickup order within the 14-day window. Shipping fees must be paid before the order is mailed.

Agreement to Terms
By placing an order for in-store pickup, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. All policies are binding at checkout and become part of the purchase agreement.

Failure to collect merchandise within the pickup window constitutes voluntary forfeiture of the right to a refund to the original payment method.
