In Store Pick Up Please read our updated order policy below!

For Everyone’s Safety

- Health Policy: Do not visit if you have a fever or feel unwell.
- After-Hours Pickup: An additional $50 fee applies to reopen after hours. Must be paid via invoice—no exceptions.

- After-hours fee is $50 additional to reopen and must be paid via invoice No exceptions!!!

Please call if you would like to know if we have an item in-store. If you place order without confirming items there will be no cancellations and you will have to wait until the order is ready for pickup. 

We are updating a lot right now and some items may be online only and sold out in-store

- Order Confirmation: Call ahead to confirm item availability. No cancellations for unconfirmed orders. Bring ID for pickup; if someone else is picking up, they must also show ID, and you need to email us your ID.
- Processing Time: All orders take 1-8 business days for processing. Don't come for pickup unless notified your order is ready. No refunds or cancellations permitted once an order is placed.

Pickup Policy:

- Wait for Notification: Do not come for pickup until you receive a call or text confirming your order is ready.
- Pickup Window: You have 14 days to pick up your order. After that, items return to inventory with no refund. For extensions, contact the store to speak with a manager (15% restocking fee applies).
- Store Hours: Check Google for daily updates.

ID Requirements:

- ID must match the name on the order when making in-store purchases.
- If another person is picking up, you must email us their name. They will need to show their ID.
- For Uber pickups, indicate in the checkout notes. Payments must be via credit/debit card; no PayPal.

In store pickup is available during normal business hours. If you need to pickup outside of those hours listed, please call to schedule pickup time. 

Why We Require ID for Pick-Up Orders

For the safety of our customers and to prevent fraud or unauthorized pickups, we require a valid photo ID for all in-store pickup orders.

This policy helps us ensure:


  • Your order is released only to the correct person
  • Protection against stolen cards and fraudulent transactions
  • Your personal and payment information stays secure
  • Accurate order verification before release

The name on the ID must match the name on the order. If someone else is picking up your order, please contact us in advance so we can authorize that person before release.
