Processing & Shipping Policy

We Ship Worldwide 

Please call the store if you would like to know if we have available items in our store ready for pickup, ship or delivery same day before placing order. Otherwise order will process from our warehouse and we DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS ONCE ORDER IS PLACED. 

Please be advisedAll shipping and billing must match or order may be canceled. We reserve the right to cancel an order if we feel that it is fraudulent. 

All orders over $100 require signature!

We ship orders through USPS standard however if you wish to have another service carrier like UPS, or FEDEX please specify that in the notes section otherwise it will ship standard carrier USPS. 

Orders require estimated 1-10 business days for processing meaning there can be delays and that does NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING TIME, unless it’s stated as Pre-Order. Once order has finished processing, we will begin to ship out your order from our warehouse and shipping times is as stated below(subject to conditions). Same rule applies to an order even if it’s for express shipping, pickup or delivery must wait processing time unless manager has approved item to be pulled from store.

Business days are justified as being Monday – Friday only and not including holidays or weekends. We do not offer shipping on weekends or holidays and if we should it’s courtesy. Should you place your order after hours, on a weekend or holiday, your order start processing the next following business day. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages! If you are not home and unable to sign for your package at the time of delivery, please call the shipping carrier and put a hold on the package at the post office for your scheduled time to pickup

Tracking will be sent notifying customers of shipment once orders have shipped only. Once orders are dropped off to our carrier we are no longer responsible for the package.

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact the carrier stated on the tracking email to file a claim.

ONCE THE POST OFFICE HAS MARKED YOUR ORDER DELIVERED)) Please refer to 1-800-ASK-USPS if you are having trouble locating the package.  

We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

Please provide correct shipping info at time of purchase we cannot change addresses after purchase is complete due to liability reasons. Please allow full processing time and shipping time before inquiring about orders. 

Please allow additional processing and shipping time for weekends, holidays, sales & limited edition releases. Each customer will be provided with a tracking number via email, allowing you to follow the progress of your package.

Weather can be a factor and cause changes with delivery dates.

HELPFUL TIPS: PLEASE CHECK FOR DELIVERIES AT YOU MAILBOX, Also at your neighbors, front office of complex, tucked away spots or sometimes carrier leaves a key in your mailbox with a number on it to open box for your package.If you feel your order was stolen please contact the proper authorities. Once USPS or other shipping services scan packages into their system and have possession of the order we have no control over the delivery. We are not responsible for stolen packages. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR DELIVERY IF YOU ARE NOT HOME, RECENTLY MOVED OR ARE ON VACATION OR IF ITS MISSING AFTER DELIVERY. 

Please be advised NO orders will ship out until all E-CHECKS have been verified and cleared. 

Due to COVID-19, some carriers are running behind and/or experiencing delays in updating tracking information. Please know that we are working diligently to get your order processed and sent out as fast as possible, but carrier shipping delays are outside our control. When you receive a Shipping Confirmation email, that means your order has been picked up and is in transit! Thank you for your patience during this time.


If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock: we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock. 


Discount codes must be applied at time of checkout- You must press "Apply" to see the order total update. We cannot adjust any prices after the order has been submitted. Only one code can be used on a purchase. Coupon codes cannot be applied to previous purchases, nor can they be retroactively applied after an order has been placed.


Please make sure that the shipping address is entered correctly. Luxechic Couture is not responsible for re-shipping packages due to incorrect addresses entered. Shipping and handling charges will need to be paid again prior to sending the order again if the item is still available. If item is unavailable you will automatically receive store credit once we’re notified no refunds!

Again, Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from luxechiccouture.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.


We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS.



For international orders, Standard Airmail includes a customs form label number that can be used to locate your package, but is not an actual tracking number. 

A customs duty is a tariff or tax on the importation of goods. Commercial goods not yet cleared through customs are held in a customs area called a bonded store until processed.

All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of the custom agents to release your package. Note, in rare occasions agents may delay delivery of some packages. 

As far as customs charges, we do not have any Control over them, nor do we know what the charges will be if any. If your package is being held by customs, that means you need to pay the custom fees in order to retrieve your package. If you don't the package will be returned to us.

Depending on the country, International customs can hold a package for additional time to verify the products being delivered are safe and meet there country's guidelines. 

If you have not received your packaged and or if it says delivered please contact the usps regarding this matter as you may have to file a claim unfortunately!
