Luxechic Couture Return & Exchange Policy

All Sales Are Final

We do not offer refunds. Eligible items may qualify for an exchange or store credit only if approved by our team.

Approved Order Cancellations:
In the rare event that Luxechic Couture approves an order cancellation, you will receive a cancellation confirmation by email. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method and typically appear within 3–5 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email luxechiccouture@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery with:

• Full name
• Order number
• Item name
• Reason for request
• Photos (if applicable)

Do not return merchandise without approval.

Exchange Requirements

Items must:

• Be shipped back within 2 days of approval
• Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Have all original tags attached
• Be free of stains, odors, damage, or alterations

Customers are responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Approved exchanges are issued as an eGift Card.

Final Sale Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• White clothing
• Lace or delicate fabrics
• Bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear
• Socks, tights, stockings, bows
• Accessories
• Intimate-style garments
• Sale, clearance, discount codes or promotional items

Order Changes

Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or have shipping addresses changed once placed unless approved by Luxechic Couture.

Shipping Policy

Luxechic Couture is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they are marked delivered. We recommend using a secure delivery location or carrier hold.

Unauthorized Returns

Returns sent without approval will not be processed and may be discarded or returned at the customer’s expense.

In-Store Pickup

Pickup orders must be collected within 14 days of the pickup notification.

Orders not picked up within 16 days will be returned to inventory with no refund or store credit. If requested within the 14-day pickup window, orders may be shipped after shipping fees are paid.
