🔥 PRE-ORDER POLICY – PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING

What Does Pre-Order Mean?

Pre-order items are not currently in stock at our warehouse. By placing a pre-order, you are reserving your size before the item officially arrives or restocks.

A lot of times we allow customers to purchase products while in the production phase, items that are no longer in the store or limited stock in-store but still offered online. 

📦 Processing & Shipping Time

• Pre-order items typically ship within 14–28 business days, unless otherwise stated in the product description.

• Some specialty or high-demand pieces may take 2–4 weeks.

• The estimated timeframe listed refers to when the item will ship, not when it will be delivered.

• Shipping speed selected at checkout applies after the item ships.

⚠️ Weekends and holidays do not count toward processing time.

Once a pre-order item has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via e-mail and your order will ship using the method chosen at checkout. We will not refund any Handmade items or Pre-Orders. 

Pairing in stock items with pre-order items can delay your in stock order. Place order separately for in stock items.

🚨 Important Notes

• If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your order will ship once all items are available.

• We do not split shipments unless additional shipping fees are paid.

• Pre-order items cannot be canceled once processing has begun.

• Delays may occur due to production or freight timelines, but we always work to ship as quickly as possible.

Handmade/ Custom Orders 

Call us with custom details such as:

Do you want the back of the dress shiny back or nylon back or Shiny ruched back, otherwise it will come standard nylon back of the dress?

Do you want a collar hem neckline or regular natural mesh neckline?

Do you want a shoulder hem look or regular natural mesh shoulder look?

Do you want to add extra inches for length or as is?

Do you want sheer chest or open chest look? 

If you do not call with these details we will give the as is look on our photos. 

Colors can be customized to any color just about and limited to the ones shown above.

If you are unable to get approved for After Pay or Shop Pay to split payments please call us 470-593-8578 to pay deposit via Apple Pay. 1/2 due upfront for deposit and remaining balance due 10 days before we ship out or can pickup via Apple Pay. 

All orders made for pickup requires ID documentation and signature!

We do not accept PayPal payment for Handmade/Custom Orders for pickup option unless it’s approved by manager. If you would like to use PayPal then order must be shipped. 

Please include your measurements as well in notes section at checkout bust, waist and hips. If you do not call us or include measurements we will not be responsible for sizing issues. 

If you do not see your size please call us to confirm if we can produce your size and cost will be extra for sizes over XL. 

Shipping times varies on when the product is needed. If it's needed for any special occasion  and you have a date, please indicate the date and it will be ready by that date. If it's needed sooner, please indicate that as well.  Signature is needed upon delivery. Want to ensure you'll receive your product after its shipped? shipping insurance is available at an additional cost.

Buyer is responsible for getting their accurate body measurements before choosing size from size chart. Buyer is responsible for any and all additional alterations. Dress comes in size S-XL or plus size require additional charge please see size chart to choose your size.

Materials may change, depending on inventory but overall look won’t be affected much 

 

Once you receive the item any damages after you wear an item or once you receive and don’t let us know of any damages after 2 days of receiving the item there is nothing we can do or offer at that moment. 

Please note: Processing takes 3-4 weeks for handmade items or before for. Call for immediate assistance before placing order as sometimes we’re able to accommodate your needs faster. However all orders that needs to be made before 4 weeks require an additional $50 expedited charge plus regular shipping fee if item needs to be shipped we collect via Apple Pay. This is a handmade order. All handmade items are final sale!! We do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds for handmade items.
