Only If you need same-day pickup, or immediate shipping availability, please call first. Otherwise, orders process from our warehouse standard processing time 2-8 business days 

NOTE: PLEASE NOTE ALL ORDERS STILL HAVE TO GO THROUGH PROCESSING TIME ESTIMATED OF 2-8 BUSINESS DAYS UNLESS MANAGER HAS APPROVED FOR QUICKER PROCESSING TIME. 

 

Final Sale Policy

All purchases are final once submitted.

We do not offer cancellations, refunds, or shipping order address changes once an order enters processing or shipping status.

Shipping orders cannot be converted to pickup after checkout.


📦 Processing Time: (Separate From Shipping)

• Standard processing: 2–8 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding weekends or holidays)

• Applies to ALL orders including:

  • Next Day Air
  • Pickup orders
  • Same-day delivery requests
    Unless written management approval is provided.


🚚 Shipping Details:

• Primary carrier: UPS (secured delivery) or other carrier may be used if UPS does not deliver in your area!

• Orders $100+ require signature confirmation

• Tracking provided once shipped

• Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees

• Shipping time does NOT include processing time  

SHIPPING TIME STARTS AFTER PROCESSING TIME

If you are not home and unable to sign for your package at the time of delivery, please call the shipping carrier and put a hold on the package at the post office for your scheduled time to pickup. 

Please allow full processing time and shipping time before inquiring about orders. 

Pickup Window

All in-store pickup orders must be collected within 14 calendar days of the ready-for-pickup notification.

Orders not picked up within this timeframe will be considered abandoned merchandise.

Unclaimed Orders

If an order is not picked up within 14 days:

• The items will be returned to inventory.

• A 15% restocking fee will be deducted.

• The remaining balance will be issued as store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card.

Store credit will be sent to the email address on file.

Luxechic Couture is not responsible for unclaimed orders after the 14-day holding period.

Shipping Option (If Requested)

Customers may request shipping of their pickup order within the 14-day window. Shipping fees must be paid before the order is mailed.

Agreement to Terms

By placing an order for in-store pickup, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. All policies are binding at checkout and become part of the purchase agreement.


Failure to collect merchandise within the pickup window constitutes voluntary forfeiture of the right to a refund to the original payment method.

🛍️ Pre-Order Item Policy

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your order may be held and shipped together once all items are available.

Customers who wish to receive in-stock items sooner should place separate orders.

Pre-order timelines are estimates and may be subject to supplier, production, or shipping delays.

⚠️ Address & Fraud Policy:

• Billing & shipping must match or order may cancel

• Incorrect address = customer pays reshipping

• We reserve the right to cancel suspected fraud orders

ID verification may be required

Orders shipped to the address provided by the customer are considered fulfilled.

If a package is returned due to incorrect address:

Customer pays reshipping fees

Original shipping cost is non-refundable


📬 Delivered Packages:

Once marked “Delivered,” responsibility transfers to customer.

We are NOT responsible for:

• Lost/stolen packages after confirmed delivery

• Incorrect addresses entered by the customer

• Carrier delays, weather disruptions or damages

• Packages left unattended at delivery location 

We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

Delivered packages are not eligible for automatic refunds or replacements.

If order is missing after delivery:

  1. Contact carrier immediately
  2. File claim if needed
  3. Notify us for documentation help


💳 Chargeback & Dispute Policy

Customers agree to contact Luxechic Couture support before initiating any payment dispute.

Filing a chargeback without prior contact may result in:

• Submission of delivery confirmation, tracking, and policy acknowledgment to your bank

• Account restrictions or refusal of future service

• Permanent customer account review

Fraudulent disputes are aggressively contested with full documentation.


🌎 International Orders

Customers are responsible for:

• Customs duties, taxes, and import fees

• Customs clearance delays

• Compliance with local import regulations

Failure to pay customs fees may result in returned packages without refund.
