📞 Before Ordering

Please call the store to confirm item availability before placing a pickup order. Some items may be online-only or sold out in-store.

Orders placed without confirmation cannot be canceled and must follow normal processing times.

⏳ Processing Time

All pickup orders require 2–8 business days processing or sooner.

Please Do NOT come for pickup until you receive an official “Ready for Pickup” email or text.

Pickup Window

All in-store pickup orders must be collected within 14 calendar days of the ready-for-pickup notification.

Orders not picked up within this timeframe will be considered abandoned merchandise.

Unclaimed Orders

If an order is not picked up within 14 days:

• The items will be returned to inventory.

• A 15% restocking fee will be deducted.

• The remaining balance will be issued as store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card.

Store credit will be sent to the email address on file.

Luxechic Couture is not responsible for unclaimed orders after the 14-day holding period.

Shipping Option (If Requested)

Customers may request shipping of their pickup order within the 14-day window. Shipping fees must be paid before the order is mailed.

Agreement to Terms

By placing an order for in-store pickup, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. All policies are binding at checkout and become part of the purchase agreement.

Failure to collect merchandise within the pickup window constitutes voluntary forfeiture of the right to a refund to the original payment method.

🪪 ID & Security Requirements

To prevent fraud and chargebacks:

• Valid photo ID required at pickup (must match order name)

• If someone else is picking up, you must authorize them in advance and they must show your ID

• Orders will NOT be released without proper verification

📦 Pickup Window

Orders must be picked up within 14 days of notification.

Unclaimed orders may be restocked without refund or may include 15% restocking fee.

Extensions may be granted at management discretion (restocking fee may apply).

❗ Final Sale Notice

All pickup orders are final once placed.

No cancellations, refunds, or order changes after processing begins.

 

⏰ Pickup Hours

Pickup available during normal business hours.

After-hours pickup requires prior approval and a $50 reopening fee (invoice only).

🛡️ Liability Protection

This policy protects customers and Luxechic Couture from:

• Fraudulent transactions

• Unauthorized pickups

• Chargeback disputes
