We do not offer refunds. There are no exceptions. If you would like to exchange your item or receive a store credit, it must be done within 2 days of the original purchase date. A receipt must be shown for an exchange along with the merchandise being in perfect condition. We will not accept items that are used, stained, damaged or contain an odor. All original tags must be attached. We cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed, you are welcome to return and exchange your items in accordance with our Return/Exchange Policy once your order has been delivered to you and approved by one of our staff members. Please note, simply not liking a product is not a sufficient reason for returning it. If the product is damaged, you can make a complaint that the product is damaged within 2 days of receipt by calling our phone number or sending us an email. Please note after 2 days of receipt, whether the product is damaged or undamaged, a return will not be accepted.

Item must be shipped back to us within 2 days of original date it was received. Item must be in perfect condition for exchange to be approved and or issued store credit. Store credit will be given in the form of an e-gift card minus shipping fees. We will not approve an exchange or give a store credit if item has been worn, damaged, stained, have any odor, or missing any original tags. Understand we have the right to refuse an exchange due to any item not in its original condition, has been worn, has an odor, damaged or missing pieces for reasons not due to our error. All items must have all original tags attached including any hang tags.
Any item that is not documented within 2 days of delivery, it will be refused for an exchange. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees to send order back to Luxechic Couture. Shipping fees are not refundable.
If you purchase clothing that is all White, we will not accept a return for any reason. Returns for White Clothing will not be accepted or allowed and is final sale.
Please make sure to check your items upon receiving. We will not accept any exchanges past the 2-business day mark.
All items that are on sale or discounted are final sales! No exchanges or refunds for sale items or discounted! Please make sure you purchase the correct size. No exceptions!
Under no circumstances are swimsuits, bodysuits, accessories, sale items, discounts or markdowns returnable or exchangeable. It's final sale no exceptions!
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We will reserve the right to request for pictures, in situations where applicable, to verify any claimed damages/manufacturer defective items or wrong items sent.
We reserve the right to disagree with claims regarding manufacture defects, which include sizing, odors, and color schemes.
Please note that if you return items to us without authorization we will not be responsible for that order.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages! If you are not home and unable to sign for your package at the time of delivery, please put a hold on the package at the post office for your scheduled time to pickup.
