RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY – LUXECHIC COUTURE

All Sales Final – Exchange or Store Credit Only

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances unless required by law. By completing your purchase, you agree to the terms below.

Online Order Exchange Policy

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us within 2 days of delivery by email at: luxechiccouture@gmail.com

Please include:

• Full name

• Order number

• Item name

• Reason for exchange

• Photos if applicable

All requests must be approved by our team before returning any merchandise.

Exchange Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for an exchange or store credit:

• Item must be shipped back within 2 days of approval

• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• All original tags must remain attached

• No stains, odors, damage, or alterations

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Store credit is issued as an E-Gift Card minus any applicable shipping or restocking fees.

 

Final Sale Items (No Exceptions)

 

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• White clothing

• Lace or delicate fabrics

• Bodysuits, lingerie, swimsuits

• Socks, tights, stockings, bows

• Accessories

• Thin or intimate-style garments

• Sale, discounted, or promotional items

Please review sizing carefully before purchase.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled and no address modifications!

All items are inspected before shipment to ensure quality.

Unauthorized Returns

Items returned without approval:

• Will not be processed

• Will not be returned unless additional shipping is paid

• Luxechic Couture is not responsible for unauthorized returns.

Shipping Responsibility

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once marked delivered.

Customers are encouraged to use secure delivery options or carrier holds if unavailable to receive packages.

For returns over $75, we recommend using trackable shipping or purchasing insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

We will reserve the right to request for pictures, in situations where applicable, to verify any claimed damages/manufacturer defective items or wrong items sent.

We reserve the right to disagree with claims regarding manufacture defects, which include sizing, odors, and color schemes.

Please note that if you return items to us without authorization we will not be responsible for that order. 

We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages! If you are not home and unable to sign for your package at the time of delivery, please put a hold on the package at the post office for your scheduled time to pickup. 

 

Pickup Window

All in-store pickup orders must be collected within 14 calendar days of the ready-for-pickup notification.

Orders not picked up within this timeframe will be considered abandoned merchandise.

Unclaimed Orders

If an order is not picked up within 14 days:

• The items will be returned to inventory.

• A 15% restocking fee will be deducted.

• The remaining balance will be issued as store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card.

Store credit will be sent to the email address on file.

Luxechic Couture is not responsible for unclaimed orders after the 14-day holding period.

Shipping Option (If Requested)

Customers may request shipping of their pickup order within the 14-day window. Shipping fees must be paid before the order is mailed.

Agreement to Terms

By placing an order for in-store pickup, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. All policies are binding at checkout and become part of the purchase agreement.

Failure to collect merchandise within the pickup window constitutes voluntary forfeiture of the right to a refund to the original payment method.

Shipping fees and handling fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from luxechiccouture.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
